A FEW WORDS OF CAUTION: We have recently been overwhelmed by people trying to sell books. Most of our bookcases are over-stuffed. Because of that, we are being extremely selective. To save yourself time and aggravation, feel free to call and discuss what you have before bringing the books. That said, we're interested in all varieties of books. We will assess each of your books and make you a cash offer, or offer you significantly more in store credit. Books we can't use will be returned to you or we will gladly donate to them to a charity on your behalf. (We donate thousands of books each year). If you are bringing in a significant number of books, it probably is advisable to call to determine if we are in need of the genre you have to sell. We cannot give value estimates over the phone without seeing the books you want to sell. We do not purchase textbooks, serial romance novels (e.g. Harlequin), computer or travel guide books, magazines or encyclopedia sets. We also don't buy hardcover books missing their dustjackets, or any books with excessive underlining, highlighting or writing. Books with damage are never accepted. Finally, due to limited shelf space, we may not purchase additional copies of titles already in our stock or books representing genres where we have more than sufficient stock.
